I was so sad to hear the news of GM Arionasis' passing. He was such a key part of the support team and he invested a lot of time working on support tickets and related tasks. He also provided a great in-depth knowledge of the game and the technical challenges the game amply provides at times.
But most of all he was a friendly face ingame and any newly arrived player had a special place in his heart and he cared deeply for their experience of the game, striving to give them a good start on their Ryzom journey.
