I’m republishing an idea already proposed multiples times in the past once more. Read till the end and try to think of this project in its globality.

Kinda like for the city guards proposal, I would like to put in place patrol in zone 100 to 250. Those patrols will be present to protect zone from thiefs and others bad people for the country.

An stepwise paiement can be put in place to securise severals zone.
Example:
10* millions dappers to secure zone 100;
20* millions dappers to secure zone 150;
30* millions dappers to secure zone 200;
40* millions dappers to secure zone 250;

In case of a non-secure zone, the zone will not be secured and open to pvp.
Example:
One nation which spend 30M to recruit patrol. This land will prevent pvp attack in zone 50 (protected in every case because of the new players), zone 100 to 200. But its zone 250 will not benefit of the protection granted by patrols and the zone will be an open pvp zone (as prime-root or Nexus). This open pvp will remain until the recruitment is paid by the nation.

The contract will cover one atysian season (4.5 days). This period can be mix up to 18 days with the construction of campement in the targeted zone. Those camp will require materials given by players and have an stepwise system too.
Example:
4000* mats (dig or loot) would be required per seasons.
