http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=8109 download directx end user runtime june 2010 extract some where where youll find the contents c:\soundfix for example run the exe in there reboot and log in to ryzom your set. Microsoft only included these files as a optional update and it has caused issues in a ton of games out there
