Summary: Qin Coi Wu is a bandit guilty of receiving and reselling stolen goods. He was affiliated with the “Flight of Fury”, notorious bandits operating in Haven of Purity, and in charge of disposing of the items stolen by them. It was decided that he would serve a sentence of maintenance of Zora’s temple.
During this time, he has never stopped claiming that he desired to acquit himself and be reinstated in the Theocracy. Chaoi, the bonze, reports to have had, onseveral occasions, edifying talks with Qin, after which he seems to have accepted Ma-Duk path. After the end of his training, he started looking for a job, and found a probationary term working at Zora’s upkeep.
We’ve asked the two people with whom he has the most contact to report to us about his actions. These are the supervisor in charge of his team, Xang Mai-Xing, and his co-worker, Viaoi Wia Wong.
After reading these two reports, we've decided to propose him a permanent position in Zora's upkeep from 11h - Prima, Mystia 1, 1st AC 2587.(***)

Report on the so-called Qin Coi Wu
When he arrived, I sent him trim the ni'prakriti'talao (*). He got everything wrong; he was of no use at all. I’ve teamed him up with the young Viaoi, she’s really patient and she explains well. He’s now learning quite quickly, it seems to appeal to him. It has been just under two months and he’s not doing silly things as he used to.
He’s a quiet lad, I cannot complain. He listens to the orders and never argues.

Qin Coi Wu has been my work comrade for barely a few months, but I’m starting to know him quite well. He’s of significant help and is learning quickly what I’m showing to him, even some delicate works such as cleaning the tran (**). His good will and his kindness make up easily for his lack of experience, and today it would be difficult to me to do without his support.
Always curious, he doesn’t hesitate to ask for explanations on the things which intrigue him, and his good mood is a daily blessing.
The winding paths which he has followed until now are leading him quickly to a direct path towards the Enlightenment.
