Honour -- I have never seen someone banned for having an opinion, only for expressing it in a way that was demeaning of others or which descended into personal attacks.
I have seen many criticisms of the developers, the CSRs, and even (rarely) the event team. If you say, "The CSRs are under-trained and don't have the tools to deal with customer complaints," I don't think you're going to find that you are banned. If you say "That b****h Mokoi is a #$R%T^Y&U*I $%^&*( b$%^&*( " -- I rather think you will find your post deleted.
If you would care to PM me with examples to support your contention that serious posts result in warnings and bannings, I will listen. However, I haven't seen it.
