1 Organization of the Taliari's assemblies

- Search for an Ambassador to the Matis Kingdom
Nair-Khalaoden volunteered, the Taliari and Governor approved, and Khalaoden was sworn in as the Ambassador to the Matis Kingdom.

- Speech of the Ambassadors
Ambassador Ozwomen brought news of the Royal Family and the presentation of Karin Manalitch. The Ambassador also noted that the Kingdom is observing more movement of Kitins in the regions of Grove of Confusion and Hidden Source.
The Governor asked for news from the Jungle, there was no news to report.
The Governor asked for news from the Fyros Empire, Nair-Khalaoden says they continue to restructure their government, and the Emperor will soon speak in Pyr.
The Governor commented that we should renew other Ambassador positions.
The Governor asked for news from the Rangers. The Rangers continue to teach their precepts , but no other changes.
- Water and Beer Road: coordination with the Fyros (nomination of the tryker delegation)
The delegation will choose the times for delivery and return of the caravan.
The delegation will reach an agreement with the Fyros about the quantity of beer, water and other materials to be exchanged.
Taliar Placio and Deputy Taliar Chenli volunteered for the committee. Deputy Taliar Nizyros also expressed an interest during the local assembly.
The Matis Ambassador asked if the route would go through the Kingdom, the Governor replied that this caravan will not, otherwise it would have been necessary to ask for permission to go through the Kingdom. Placio asked if the Free Trade Agreement would apply to the trade, the Governor said yes, but because the army will be escorting this trip it would need authorization. The Army is needed because the road will pass through the Roots.

- Preparation for the Water and Beer Road on Tryker side: nomination of a tryker coordinator - dates proposal
Nair-Nizyros has volunteered to coordinate the collection of the materials for the trade.
There was also the concern for the possible loss of mektoubs- the assembly did not take any action, preferring the cities decide on their own.
- Revision of the Tryker Constitution
The committee from the Assembly has produced as much as it can toward the revised Constitution, so Locian Wyler, the daughter of the late Governor Still Wyler, and another Citizen yet to be named will help revise the document and prepare it for a vote by the people.
- Next crafting market in Fairhaven:
A crafting market is proposed for the return of the Water and Beer caravan. It is to celebrate the success of the trade route so it is expected to be primarily for the Tryker and Fyros crafters. The date is very dependent on the schedule for the trade.
Nair-Chanchey was worried that this market might interfere with an already planned auction, however the earliest expected date for the market would be two cycles away.
- Fairhaven's banner: choice of the banners and of their placement.
It was agreed that a pair of Fairhaven’s flags will be placed before each entrance to the city and at the base of the staircase at Frogmore Place.
At this point everyone was very tired. The Governor thanked all for coming and said that in the future meetings will be more frequent, but of a shorter time.
