there are players of all alignments and factions that can explain things to you related to each. there's a group known as cookies that was created because of the limits of the mechanics that prevent various alignments from being in a single guild.
the "cookies guild" is a psudo guild. we have members that are marauder, kami, karavan, ranger, trytonists, neutrals, some members also have civ alignments. however in cookies we're all just players that have fun. we try to help each other with questions, game play (grinding, treking, ect), and provide a place to chat with friendly homins of each faction and alignment.
