I would introduce bosses to Silan just to show people that yes, they exist. You wouldn't believe how many people never see a two-star boss before they've played for months. Most only see nameds roaming around and think those are best there is.
Perhaps upgrading the kirosta to choice PR mats would be a decent idea? And maybe a bit more hitpoint or damage.
