I've hit three failures in a row without scrolls (at 85%) on a moderately regular basis (i.e. not all the time but often enough that it only pisses me off). Bad luck happens.

We have asked support and they have examined the code. There is no fault in the actual probabilities from the code. The fault in the display seems to still be there. :(
