I think outpost for craft and dig should be neutrals and share with all, all people like craft and dig and until some factions and parasitic guilds use it only with selfish and greedy we cant talk about community. I will happy if neutrals as ferishan's guild and meggy's guild will have those ops and all can have access to that. GoFF enought honest too for do that. About pvp ops than faction can compete for.
