'Submit [English]' allows to quickly post in user chosen* language. Language dropdown and 'Submit' allow to post as other language.okay - something has happened becuase a good few French postings ar no longer translable to English - is this because (in English) I should press the "submit [English]" button - or just press "English" submit?
Those who read forum in french should see 'Submit [Français]' for example.
