I've been wondering how the hits per minute work on sword with dagger combo.
Assuming one is holding a 60 hpm dagger and a 38 hpm 1h sword, how is the hit rate applied?
Is it applied separately or does it just go off the lower of the two?
I tried equipping a 30 hpm sword with 60 hpm dagger and noticed I was hitting waaaay slow.
Does anyone know how it all works?
