Naema -- If you take a look at the maps and my report just a little further up you will see that I found a good deal more than 10 pods in Fleeting Gardens.
Irfidel -- It is clear from the spawning of the pods in Winds of Muse that some pods reoccur in or near the same locations. How often they spawn seems to be related to no pattern I can see. I have as yet been unable to determine any other pattern to the spawning except that spawns closer to the capitol cities are becoming more and more common.
