This looks like such a fun post and i have a little inspiration. Here is my entry, although i think i bent the rules a little with construction, at least I think the amount of sylables are correct. :)
Once upon a time
There was a brave young woman
on Atys you say?
Yes, in the forest!
In the forest, Thats silly!
Not so, I told you
She must be Matis
Only they are so crazy
Fools roam the forest
She is not of Lack,
But Had a courageous heart
Not even Matis!
The Maze Terrifies
Warns the Grove of Confusion
Brave souls rarely tread
Yet a Tryker girl
So bold as to be stupid
Roams through it alone
I stood frozen, shocked!
Jaw dropped down in disbelief
Full admiration
Her confidence high
While she struts along unfazed
Even Cuttlers scared
I must acknowledge
It demands humility
I offer salute
She offers a smile
She keeps right on walking by
Who is she i think?
Elite warrior
It was all her name badge said
Such modesty too
I asked who she was
A protector of the plants
Stay away from them!
Obvious vision
The symbol of her mission
A tree in a heart
At last i knew who
And how she became so brave
An ancient Dryad!
