as I have not been informed of any correspondence that has already maintained between the Awakened and the Akenak it seems to be my duty to do so just in case to ensure political correctness. Still I have to make clear that this is a matter that the Awakened will decide upon, and I myself will not take part in the exchange of weapons or materials at all, mostly because of the ongoing tensions with some Akenak.
The Awakened Astarth has volunteered to be the leader of the exchange. He will also organize the gathering of materials for Zorai-weapons and delivery to Pyr, as he has already publicly announced a longer while ago and confirmed at the Assembly of Zora in front of the Sages: http://app.ryzom.com/app_forum/index.php?page=topic/view/17752/11 8647#118647 .
I recall that you, Akenak Bardor, have been present at the time the Awakened Astarth explained his plan to ask for 14 Fyros grenade-launchers and 14 Fyros burning/flaming axes. In exchange the Awakened have decided on a suggestion by the Awakened Fey-Lin Liang to send the materials for the same amount (14 each) of electric Zorai-maces and Zorai-rifles to Pyr, together with a large amount of ammunition. It was decided to only send materials to not let Marauders obtain weapons if they should succeed with a raid on the convoy.
The materials will then be crafted to weapons in Pyr - the Awakened Astarth will oversee all of this, he is the one to set the date for the delivery, and he has also volunteered to train the guards in Pyr how to use these weapons if needed. So you might want to talk to the Awakened Astarth if you wish to receive more Zorai-weapons than only 28; since Pyr is providing a much larger number of weapons.
I am sorry to hear that no representative of our Circles had been present at the last Assembly of the Akenak. Initiate Altamira is our official ambassador designed to the burning desert. Unfortunately I have not seen her for quite a while though. The Awakened Fey-Lin Liang is a stand-in-ambassador in case of absence of any official ambassadors - a position that I have proposed for but was opposed by the Awakened Fey-Lin Liang.
Thus the Awakened Fey-Lin Liang has been present at nearly every Assembly of every nation since then, and so we trusted her to be able to continue with that or ask for a substitute if needed. It is most unfortunate that sometimes things just don't proceed as they should.
At least Initiate Sari Sarisa has kindly provided me with her notes so I can inform politicians speaking the language of Hoi-Cho about what has happened like usual. Sadly Initiate Sari Sarisa is not able to speak the dialect of Min-Cho well herself, so she has refused to fill any official position for the Circles. She wants to be treated as nothing more as a citizen of Hoi-Cho; I think you know but wanted to mention this matter for any eventuality.
