Characters don't get randomly deleted, unless today's server migration borked something or you have "nice" friends.
Make a new character with another name, and open a ticket to have the old character restored; this is the fastest way to alert the CSRs. Or while in-game, do a /who GM and see in Sys Info if any csr is online right at that moment, and talk to them.
