Protection range is 40% to 60%
Max vs is 1.32*Q to 2.64*Q (330 to 660 for Q250)
You are not asking for good armor, but exceptional armor: 100% on protection and 82% of maximum on the max vs. XXX factor, presumably in all three areas.
This implies mostly excellent materials and probably some Named / Boss looted mats. You are asking for this without letting potential craftshomins know what you have to offer in return. That's not equitable bargaining. I don't know if I should go out and spend a lot of time getting proper mats or whether I should say "forget it."

EDIT: Checked out your requirements with Kipee Craft. My estimate above is *way* off. To get that desired combo of statistics it needs to be almost all supreme mats, all but a few of them Looted. Not that I trust KC to give me an *easy* recipe or even best recipe in a short time, but it's good at first estimates of difficulty.
