another thought to share:
what i'm asking for only requires a few things be done:
1) add a few lines of code to make the homin apt caretaker have a new option when you right click them, it would be "UPGRADE"
2) add the lines of code that would do prices (250k, 500K, 750K, 1M)
3) add the lines of code to give 1000 bulk at each upgrade
that's really it... wait 4) watch the dapper sink into a pit ALMOST everyone would like to use and have, i understand everyone has parts to add or edit, but your all getting away from the simple and making it far more complex then the dev's would likely care to deal with, i want to buy permante, compounding bulk upgrades, once you buy it, it's your forever, no rent (that would need timers and far more programming), no relation to fame (again far more programing), no relation to anything other then owning the apartment and having the dappers to buy the upgrades you want.
KEEP IT SIMPLE AND WE MIGHT GET IT. (which do you like, easy day at work, or hard day at work?)
