I disabled "Not Again ... !" again... it is still bugged and tracking wrong values. The amount given is way to much because of an error in the equasion.
I am very sorry about this, since quite a few players are farming dp for the achievement. Anyhow, I'll have to reset the achievement again after finally fixing it.
I'll keep you posted on updates, but it might take a few days since I am at my parent's over christmas.
