Did any official source so far say that the package missions are not coming back? I simply fail to see that the New Horizons are a replacement for the package runs. They are an add-on provided to make the roleplay gameplay easier and more fun (provide travel support between local cities). As such their reward system may need some further balancing. But I am surprised by the slightly aggressive tone here.
