Dual wield isn't very efficient in real life. It does look interesting in motion, but the off-hand is usually meant for parrying, not for attacking. :-)
It depends ... Miyamoto Musashi for instance is famously known for wielding two full-sized katanas and that was definitely not meant for parrying which usually relies on the shorter kodachi.
Edit: Musashi is considered as one of the greatest warriors of all times, so the inefficiency in real life may not be an argument ;-) /Edit
Would be nice to have dual sword wield ^^
Maybe force the use of circular attack to make it more expensive ?
