Would be way much better to fix the bug than adding a "Cache-misere" :)
Its well know bug of guild hall and ap, theory's would be the lag, loading time of the UI or a bug in the UI menu..
Its reproducible.
But yeah, Did you tried to click INFO on your own items in bag, then right click on the guild/ap items again? normaly that should fix it.
