Kovabon, care plans (and extraction plans) depend strongly on your level. Until you are in the level 125 to 150 range, you will be running the timer out. After that, running the timer out is difficult, so you need to run out the source life.
I rarely use full strength care plans because I want to conserve focus for digging and keep casting time short. I concentrate on stability, but actually have two cp buttons, one for pure stability and one for stability plus source life.
