Extended installation procedure provided by Rubiksmomo:

Installing Steps:
1. Download Ryzom Mac client v2.1.0 from: 
http://kervala.net/download/ryzom_2.1.0.zip 
2. Go to downloads 
3. Open the zip folder you just downloaded 
4. Hold down control while clicking "ryzom_update". 
5. In the file menu click open. 
6. If you get a message about "unidentified developer", just click "open". 
7. When the console says it's done, close the window. 
8. "Drag and drop" "ryzom" file into "Applications". If prompted, choose 
"replace". 
9. If you want to copy your settings to the new client: 
9.1. Go 
to //User/user_name/Library/Containers/com.winchgate.Ryzom/Data/Libr ary/Application Support/Ryzom/  (NB! please delete the extra space in the word Library when copying the path, it is showing up in the post due to the length of the path string)
9.2. In this folder select all files and copy them 
9.2. Quit Ryzom if it's running 
9.3. Go to //User/user_name/Library/Application Support/Ryzom/ and 
paste the files there 
10. Open "Launchpad" 
11. Click Ryzom 
12. It should now say "v2.1.0" in the top right corner of the splash screen.
