Rangers are a faction that still doesn't have a city and if they did then sure there could be another thread about ranger armour for rangers.
Plus marauder armour has a specific skin - why would the dev's make new skins and everything when they can easily use previously designed and in-use skins?
Ranger armor already exists at least in MA. You get it from Chiang in the last mission on Silan.
You say "...marauder armor has a specific skin...". I would disagree: BOSS Marauder armor has a specific skin; we don't know what the grunts wear except by looking at some of the "Marauder clans" that have shown up. Those looked pretty generically racial to me.
You point out that Faction points can buy cats, special picks, generic mats and skirts and shields. Why not make the equivalent available to Marauders?
