Khalaoden reached the Marauder camp in the Hidden Source. His pulse was racing. It wouldn't have taken much and he would've fallen victim to a cuttler. His live cargo almost caused his doom. He entered the camp carefully. In the past he learned that the guards deeper in the camp were very aggressive. At the same time however, he had learned that not all Marauders were bad homins, for a marauder had revived him. He drew hope from that incident for his current undertaking.
He placed the cage with the Izam in it in the entrance area. Before he used his teleporter pact to Fairhaven, he made sure that his letter was attached securely and in plain sight on the cage.

my name is Khalaoden. I am interested in Atys and the homins which inhabit it. If possible I follow the events that revolve around the nations and organizations on Atys. For this reason, I want to learn more about the Marauder organization. What made homins to turn their backs on all the nations?
