I tried emailing the support team but I don't have any email adresses that they will accept can somebody help me or guide me through the steps so i can play ryzom on my new windows 7 computer!

As far as I can tell we have not received any emails from you. The support email is: support-ee@ryzom.com.

As for your problem: Is it a new installation of Ryzom? Please email client.cfg, client_default.cfg and client.log to support-ee@ryzom.com or upload them to a file sharing site. We can then investigate.
